Allison joined Runway Growth Capital in 2023.

Allison is President of Instant HR Solutions, Inc., a human resources consulting firm. She is an experienced Human Resources executive with a unique combination of experience in private equity, in consulting on private equity transactions and as a leader in a private equity backed portfolio company. She has served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Discovery Education and EIG Global Energy Partners, has led human resources transactions as a Senior Director with FTI Consulting and has held HR leadership roles in technology, publishing and non-profit organizations.

Allison has built and led HR functions and teams around the world in the US, Europe, Australia, Asia and South America. Her Human Resources expertise includes leading diligence activities in mergers and acquisitions and integrating teams and organizations post-transaction, as well as building the HR infrastructure and teams in start-ups and carve-outs. She has been a member of executive teams and a trusted advisor to CEO’s. Allison has recruited and hired c-suite executives and independent board directors, and has experience across all areas of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition and development, diversity, succession planning, organizational development, benefits, compensation and performance management.

Allison holds several certifications in the field of Human Resources including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). In 2022, she was selected as a Top 50 HR Professional by OnConferences. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University.
